FAQs for indirect US sprees:(sites that dont ship to sg directly)1)Your rates are higher than others. Why?
Tracy-sprees will take a shorter time to arrive as we use direct shipment from USA with the help of my friend. Other shops uses not up-to-mark shipment methods where stocks will tend to take longer time to arrive,and this is also why their rates are relatively cheaper).Tracy-sprees promise that items will be sent out within the third week. Furthermore, I can have higher capp amount if responses for that spree is overwhelming.Rest assured that GST will not be inccured.Undeniably for sprees like victoria secret. Spree MO uses lower ex rates.If i were to org them, i will also charge a low ex rate.However, you have to take note that they are direct sprees and no agent charges are included.


2)Your ex rates are high. I saw xe.com showing exrate of 1 USD:XXX SGD
Hi! However, this higher ex rate will also cover paypal fees and agent fees of 3.7%++ and 10% respectively. Tracy-sprees promises high-transparency. Shipping cost is earned by delivery companies. If you want invoice, i can show. The Higher rates are earned by the agent and paypal.

Expensive shipping:I am opening indirect sprees here which explain why the higher shipping charges.

There's no such thing as Cheap EMS delivery in USA. I am using express mail international aka speedpost.

What do i benefit from buying from you when i can buy it at Singapore based-shops?Firstly,for greater product variety and thus, greater choices. Afterall, some items on US web-based shops are specifically online exclusives AKA can never be found in Singapore.Second, frequent sales are available on these websites for the budget conscious who can't get enough of US brands(Who doesn't agree that the price could be rather steep at times?)Third, the price is most likely the same / relatively cheaper if you import them over and the plus factor?You get the newly released items way faster before SG-based shop restocks. (; Fifth, limited sizes available in SG. Cases of your own size getting OOS in Singapore? Then try your luck in these US sites.

What are the waiting time?1-2 weeks after spree closes.
Please add on another 1-2 weeks grace to avoid disappointment given that unforeseen circumstances like bad weather may delay arrival time.

3)Will you cancel the sprees?Highly unlikely . Unless response is very slow or poor.To prevent such event from occurring, spree-ers can lend a hand by promoting tracy-sprees to your friends/facebook network.
The more widely publicized tracy-sprees is , the more sprees will be opened given overwhelming responses.

Will you be able to order items from the spree successfully?
I am not ordering the items to be delivered to vpost or any courier service as these US spree sites tt i opened specifically state that they do not send to USA post box addresses.I know that there are some spree MO who actually organized these kind of sprees but end up canceling them because vpost and certain courier services don't work . Rest assured that this will not happen, as i am getting help from my friend who is living in USA to bring over all these items but she charges a fee of 10%.
4)When is the spree closing?
Once capp amount is reached. For sprees that are in hot demand,usually it only takes 1-1.5 weeks after spree has been created for orders to reach cap.

5)Do you accept overseas orders?
Yes i do! However, payment methods only available by paypal.Shipping cost will be advised again. Paypal charges have to be beared by sender.

6)If shipping fee is overestimated . Will you refund?
If top up is required i will inform. If shipping fee is overestimated to a small extent ( like 1 USD -5 USD difference), i will not refund the excess. Cause even if i do each spree-er will only receive $1+ which is quite meddlesome( i still need to weigh them and ib the money to each and everyone of you).Most importantly , if that happens i will assure you all that i will revise the shipping rates lower.

On the side note, if shipping fee is overestimated to a large extent i will bother to weight and everything. I don't feel comfortable cheating off people money like tt. Afterall, i only open this 2 spree for my own personal agenda!(I want to buy their items but shipping costs are bothering me).Handling fees earn from such sprees are too lil to count it as profits anyway.

The most important thing is...I estimated the rates based on USPS/DHL website. I won't say estimate but deduced. USPS has the rates put up on the web. I have also included the url there in my web for people to verify and check. I am gg to use express mail international.If you still have some trust issues, go calculate yourself of the shipping fee per gram. 1g will be $0.0265USD or even more(including fuel surcharge and possible sales tax(US tax rate on shipping).

7)Will my items get OOS?
Highly likely during sales period items that you ordered will go OOS. Therefore, if you wish for no delay on ordering, then do send in ur orders and payment quick so that i can process and close the spree earlier.

8)Can i get a replacement item?
Due to the shopping system of certain USA sites.I will only allow replacement item provided that on the process of sending in the orders your items is already OOS. I will inform you about it to choose a replacement item asap. Though, if you delay for more than 1 day to choose, i will forfeit the privilege given to you.
Do take note that if these USA sites only reported OOS after they had confirmed my paid order, i will only inform spree-er of the oos item.In this case, replacement for the OOS goods will not be allowed.
9)Private sprees
I do cater to private US indirect sprees. Whether it is just one indiv item /many .Items will be shipped directly to your doorstep. And you must be willing to pay the higher shipping fee since it is not shared anymore and possible local USA delivery to my agent( if any).For people who are interested in USA goods but they dont ship over to sg. I can help you out but my handling will be charged.

First time order : flat 15 SGD handling
Second and subsequent order : flat 10 SGD handling.
